Starting an exercise routine is one of the single most effective decisions you can make to improve your cardiovascular health, metabolic efficiency, and mental well-being. However, diving into an exercise program without considering your current physical condition, Body Mass Index (BMI), and preexisting medical factors can lead to joint injuries, excessive cardiovascular strain, or burnout.
